I’ve never had the opportunity to meet Renee Zellweger, but I have seen some of her movies. I’m a fan of her romantic comedy roles – particularly the one she played in the movie “The Bachelor.” I also found her charming in the comedy with Harry Connick Jr, “New in Town.” While I haven’t followed her career or seen her around much lately, I am saddened by everyone’s outrage at her “NEW FACE”. If you didn’t recognize Renee in the picture above, you are not alone. The media world seems to be having a frenzy with the photo calling her the new face of plastic surgery.
REALLY? Has anyone considered that perhaps she has just aged? Maybe she isn’t as young as she was 10 years ago when she was in “Jerry Maguire.”
What if everyone accused us of plastic surgery or made a mockery of us on the Internet when we got a little older or didn’t define our features properly???
I’m not an expert, but I don’t see any huge changes in her face shape. I only notice that her brows are NOT defined. She also doesn’t have the definition in her cheeks and jaw area that she did in the first picture. Perhaps her eyes are starting to drop, and maybe she’s gained a tiny bit of weight in her face. BUT the features are the same.
You can disagree with me all you want, but she has and always will be stunning. I wish we would all stop criticizing and spend more time embracing each others beauty. Aging is apart of life and with it comes a lot of beauty. You are beautiful Renee.
